An alternative way for businesses to carry out reviews is the explicit use of ICT to share data with reviewers and discuss developments as reviews progress.
Many times, communications via emails or chats can get mixed up when there are too many parties or where complex matters arise. To manage these, consider the following:
1) Keep it short, keep it simple
2) Use tables, bullet points, numbers
3) Focus on the issue(s)
4) Discuss "outside" the forum with your own team members
